MSport makes players benefit more through a variety of promotions. Players are free to get these promotions.

1. What kind of rewards a promotion offers?

   Promotions offer different rewards to the players who opted in. It can be a voucher, can be an extra bonus. MSport will offer more different types of reward by different promotions. Please pay attention to the specific promotion introduction and the T&C.

2. How can I participate in a promotion?

   Promotions with different status will be shown in the promotion list.

   • Ongoing: The promotion is ongoing and players can opt in the promotion anytime they want.

   

   • Upcoming: The promotion is not yet started but is coming soon. Players can check the promotion details in advance and opt in once it starts.

   

   • Finished: The promotion is finished and it's not allowed to view the details of the promotion.

   

3. Promotion Calendar

   • Find the recommended promotions for each day in the promotion calendar.

   

   • Find the recommended promotions for 28 days in the promotion calendar. Click on each day to check promotions of that day.

   

   • Find the cyclic updating information for special promotions.

   

4. How to know whether I get the reward from a promotion?

   Different promotions offer different rewards. Kindly read the T&C of the promotion carefully before you opt in a promotion.

   Normally, we will display the result on the specific promotion page and inform you by MSport Message or SMS Message if you got the reward.

   If the reward is a voucher, you can also check it in your account voucher center.
