How do I place a bet?
You can place different kinds of bets: singles, multiples and system (combined) bets.
Multiple bets may be placed by combining different sports: soccer, tennis, basketball, etc.
What is the minimum and maximum stake for a bet?
The minimum stake amount for a ticket is NGN 10, and the maximum stake amount is NGN 10,000,000.
What is the maximum payout?
The maximum payout is NGN 125,000,000 while there is no limit for Jackpot payout.
Where can I see my Sport bets?
Login to your account, click on "Me" in the Home page, go to "SPORTS BET HISTORY", then you can see both settled and unsettled bets.
Can I cancel a bet?
No. A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled for any reason.
What is a “Void Bet”?
"Void Bet" means the bet is nil or invalid. This occurs when an event is postponed, or the event result is unverifiable etc. Once the match has been set as void (with odd 1.00) the rest of the winning ticket will then be paid out. If you are unsure why your bet has been made Void, please contact us.
If the match does not have a result within 48 hours, MSport has the right to void bets involved in this match.

Live Betting is an exciting form of wagering that allows you to place bets on events that are ongoing. The odds are dynamic and change in accordance to the course of the actual event, offering double excitement as you get to monitor the event during play.
What is banker?
A banker is a selection which a customer believes is certain to win. If a banker is selected, it will be included in every combination and must win in order to provide a return on the bet.
How do I view fixtures and my favorite matches?
Click on "My Matches" at the Home page, select Fixtures, you can see your favorite events and other popular events, select My Matches, you can see your favorite events and your betting events.
How can I Cashout my bets?
Click on "My Bets" at the Home page, then you can view all of your Unsettled Bets, and Bets that can be Cashout. Cashout amount is calculated in real time, you can cashout when the amount meets your expectations.
What is Rollback?
Rollback generally occurs when we incorrectly settle the results of the match. In this case, we will reclaim the award for the relevant customers. If your balance is deducted to be negative in this case, MSport will compensate customers in a certain order until the customer's balance is zero. Finally, MSport will re-send the prize based on the final result of the outcome. If MSport have already compensated the customer for the amount, then this part of the amount will be removed when the final prize is sent.
